Does anyone else find this disturbing?

| There's a beach volleyball club out there that's fairly picky about their members. Not that they particularly care about skill, but they're very strict when it comes to sex, ethnicity and age. I had the pleasure of meeting about a dozen of their members last week. All to the last one are cute Asian girls in their late teens. The club is Asian only and female only. Now this in itself is pretty damn racist and sexist, but you see this stuff everyday, so if that was it, i wouldn't even say anything since it's nothing new. But there's an interesting twist to this story. The person who runs the beach volleyball club that will only admit cute young Asian girls is a guy. In his late twenties. And he's not Asian. :eek: Does anyone else find this disturbing? |

Hm.. Interesting, Very Interesting.. The only explanation I have to this is that he is only training the girls at the club, but is actually sponspored by an Asian community or smthn like that. |

disturbing? no. sounds more like a fetish, lol.
if there was only one volleyball club in the city, it would be an issue...if it's classified as a private club, they can pretty much discriminate as they see fit.
you sound more concerned that *you* are not welcome (lucky for those girls, too) ;) |
