well im sure theres gonna be a lot of crap happening around there before LP starts so who knows if its a good idea to meet there...
but if ASOT100 wants to make a really cool sign (cough cough) it might be a good idea also |

hehehe.... i have never met him (or her? :conf: ) but i wouldnt encourage anyone to go wearing a TA thong unless they have an ass worthy of it.
another thing - i took a look of that map of where the metreon is... isnt that still kinda a far walk? cant we meet someplace closer? sorry, but i am lazy... |

or we can meet at some BART station then take the train up to embarcadero which supposedly is the heart of the LP. i still say the metreon since its easy to ask anyone on the street where the hell it is.
and yeah, the sign takes time to make. so really just wear the thong, asot, DO IT :stongue: |

i agree about the big landmark thing, easy for people to find. perhaps that would be easier... but there has to be another big landmark we can meet in front of that is closer to the parade. i mean, couldnt we meet in front of a hotel or something, or at a cafe? |

| Well, I've walked longer distances before, and since we're in the non-hilly section of SF anyways, I wouldn't think it would be that much of a problem to walk 6 blocks to where the LP is. But then again, this is a Parade, which means it's going to move. Perhaps it'll move towards our direction while we're walking there and then we can get to it half way if you understand what I mean? Besides, we'll be walking with other TA's, so I'm sure we'll be fairly entertained during the walk anyways. ;) |
