Canadian DJ's not recieving orders from Chemical?

Well it has come down to me getting 2 of 3 refunds so far from Chemical Records for orders that I have not recieved, and in 3 days I will be taking the 3rd refund, for an order that I didn't recieve the original or replacement order. Not only do I not recieve my orders, but I also will be blacklisted and unable to order from them.
They said that customs is holding packages for 3-4 weeks, but that would mean I should have recieved my very first order by now. Chemical has had alot of problems with customers in Ontario not recieving there orders either, just curious if any of you have had problems that are this bad??:( |

| I'm not from Canada (I'm across the border in Michigan), but my only order from Chemical took a REALLY long time to arrive... (like 2-3 months :eek: ) It took so long they were about to send a replacement shipment, but then a huge Poste Suisse satchel finally arrived on my doorstep. I'm still trying to figure out why a UK company would send a parcel to the US vis Swiss post... :conf: |

| As you know, I'm still waiting, dunno if I'm gonna ask for a refund, but CR won't respond to my emails, I've emailed them twice, and left them plenty of time, actually I'm not sure if its been 3 times, but this is taking the piss, I know that the customs bull isn't there fault, but not responding to a customer that was gonna drop thousands into them is. |

I had also complained because my order was taking too long. They told me that it would take 28 days for the package to arrive.
Right when I thought that the records were not coming, they came on the 28th day.
This is the 1st time that it has taken that long for the records to arrive.
I had ordered from Juno and replay records the same day that I made the order to chemical.Juno and replay records came a lot sooner.
Juno = 5 days
Replay records = 10 days.
Chemical records = 28 days |

Chemical records has a weird way of shipping records, i though someone was saying that they send them via the netherlands or somthing like that.
Ive orderd from them on a number of occasions and i have alwasy gotten the records i purchased, I live in Vancouver |

Chemical is normally really fast, I dunno whats really going on now, with all this , I WISH mine came in 28 days, but its been about 10 weeks for mine, and still no sign, not even a reply to any emails I've sent.
Does anybody know is there are any Chemical employees on this site? |

i think you'll find they've stopped using swiss post cos it sucked so bad. I put on order through that took well over 4 weeks to get here, that was this time last year. A few months later I won some cd's from them, took about 1 week to get to oz. |

I've ordered there a couple of time and it always arrive very fast like not even a week.
But my last order as still not arrive and it been a month and a half now.
Betwen that I ordered something else from them a cartrige and it arrive very fast I think not even 3 days.
It was always using Roayl Post from UK. I never had any probleme with them except that order I'm still waiting for. I'm pretty sure it not there fault it more some stupid customs probleme.
They might think that vinyl are some new kind of explosif or something. |

Brisky doesnt just work for chemical- He OWNS chemical.
Same A1 service in the uk as alaways- order before 5pm and get them the next morning.
Must be something to do with the international shipping |
