| from what i've heard, people can't go to jail on charges of battery simply off actions caught on tape. a person of law enforcement (a cop, a gaurd, supreme judge) must see it with his own eyes to detain someone ONLY IF the victim decides to press charges. if the guy who was rodney'ed didn't go to the police and press charges, the marijuana smoking skater won't be scarred with battery/assault on their record. |
