usually i just say "i think we should take a break" and then i just extend that break... indefinately |

Ohhhh I don't know why I'm admitting this.
The last girl I dated seriously before my current relationship had a huge problem with some of my choices in friends and partying activities (particularly coke). I told her that I'd quit for good and that I wouldn't ever do it again, and she subsequently told me that if she found out that I did that she would break up with me. Well, lo and behold, I kept doing it but I never told her about it and she never found out. Then one day when I could tell our relationship really wasn't progressing to where it should be and it was pretty much stale I decided to tell her I'd done it a couple nights before to see what she'd say and if she'd break up with me.
She did.

That's hilarious. Sounds like something I would do, if I did coke. But if a girl said the same for E or something, I would use that out. Makes you blame free. I usually figure out the best way to break it to them easy, or I just avoid them for a while. I know that is terrible, but it usually works. |
