There is NO excuse for disrespect from either side and NO excuse for someone to take it. That goes equally for BOTH genders and not just women.

LOL, as for the card comment, if I found a cute card on the Internet and was considerate enough to send it your way when I knew you weren't feeling well. And you complained about it... oh man... You bitch (granted, diabolic just did it to try and prove his point, there was no real concern for the person he sent the card to). How is a REAL card any different? "Look, I walked into Shopper's Drug Mart and paid 6 bucks for a piece of paper telling you to get better soon, aren't you proud of me?".
No wonder the divorce rate is so high, once all the free gets old and the flowers stop comming in weekly, it's time to kick that man to the curb and label him a dead-beat dad! Oh yeah, and as a last hurrah, you get alimony and child-support for more free !
