Okay, I wasn't going to post, but seeing as how you're sixteen years old, still in high school, and want to take a pill, I'm afraid I'm going to have to.
I have a question for you... Do you have any idea what the drug makes you feel? Where the hell are you planning on taking it? You're going to be ed up for a few hours, and don't plan on sleeping for a while either! You're 16! There's no club you can go to, and it's not like any of you have an apartment where you can sit around and get ed up all day. What are you going to do, take it at school? Think a bit mate.
The drug is great, but wait until you're a bit older. Your body is going through so many changes, and you want to it up by taking drugs? At 16 you have no mind of your own. At 16, you're still going through the " everybody else I'm gonna do what I wanna do" phase. Do you even have a JOB? Or are you going to buy the pill off your allowance money?
If you decide that you're going to blow off what everyone has said and take it anyway, let me give you some advice. Take it with people you TRUST. Not the guy who sold it to you that you don't even know, but people you would trust with your life. And make sure you have PLENTY of water around you. You NEED to drink water... a lot of it. And the next day, when you feel all down and shut up and don't feel like eating... EAT!
I still say you're too young. You're a sophomore in High School ffs. |

That's a good deal, but I would steer clear of those brands. Heard mixed reviews. In addition, I would recommend not doing it at all, especially at your age. If I could go back, I would not do it. 2-3 years later and several experiences lead me to believe it's not really worth it. It's fun and you have some bonding experiences, but it's a downer after and on the overall. It's hard to do once and not again. Very mentally addictive. I think it has affected my life adversely on the overall. But damn it's fun. It's up to you. I think everyone should make their own choice.
Edit - And make sure to pick up some 5htp from the grocery store and some vitamins, if you do it. They will help you rebalance. I recommend you wait a while though. I was 23 my first time and it has still been rough on my body and mind. At 16 it will throw you way off balance. |

the only person i ever trusted to give me a pill for the first time was an x gf (she was my then-present-gf at the time) - i was 25 at the time. that was 4 years ago.
most important thing for me when doing a drug for the first time - is trusting the person who's offering it to you. Hopefully they will only let you have it in a situation they think you can handle. Mine was on a field in the middle of creamfields at the time :) |

| I think the whole pill testing thing is pretty pointless. As far as i know all it does is tell you if there is Mdma in the pill...big deal. If there isnt mdma in the pill its most likely 100% caffeine. If there is mdma in the pill that doesnt mean all, there still could be a bunch of other in it. |

Thanks to eveybody who responded. I was obviously unsure about the whole thing as I am afriad of becoming dependant on drugs after seeing my dad spend many years of my childhood in rehab centers. I will defintly not do it because a lot of poeople reminded me jsut how youing I am, how much I have to lose, and how much I wont be saving for later :p . This is why TA is so aweomse. Thanks you guys, :happy2:

Glad to see you taking the advice that was given to you. Not only does the advice itself make you all the wiser (sometimes) but the very fact that you can effectively listen to others for insight shows a degree of maturity not usually found in people your age. :toothless
As for the gf thing...definitely wait until you know she's ready. If you're both ready, it's should be all good to go. WEAR A CONDOM. Ruining your young life by drugs is one thing...ruining it by kids is almost worse! :( |

That's another personal decision. I would say that you should wait until you love her, because it will mean more. Coming from someone that has had a decent amount of meaningless sex, trust me. It's not worth it. Especially if you're a virgin. I waited until I was 23 to lose it, but have made some poor decisions in the last couple of years. And like someone else said, make sure and wear a condom. Unless you have been in a long monogomous relationship and have been tested with your counterpart, you don't wanna go in there unprotected. Too many risks. |
