| I work at a phone Help Desk where I take phone calls for people who can't use their software and/or hardware properly. Our team deals with spyware cases on a daily basis. Some phone calls may take upwards of 2 hours to resolve, and almost always the spyware never goes away 100%. We sometimes have to settle for just enough removal that the client can get their work done. In worst case scenarios, we just replace their computer. Similarly, if spyware is overwhelmingly bad, then a Windows reinstallation might be the best option. |
