What checks and balances?!? There isn't anything left. And Bush 'n Company are getting rid of what little there is. They are deliberately limiting the powers of Legislative and Executive branches so they have free reign to promote their agenda. Thats why this was such a horrible loss for Democrats, its going to take 20 years to undo what they're going to do in these next 4. And if these last 2 elections are the best Democrats can do its never going happen. |
