Funny, that's what Baldwin, Sarandon, Robbins, Penn and the lot said 4 years ago, yet they're still here wasting space. Make sure you take Michael Moore with you this time. $5 says you don't go anywhere.

Depp is in France! and Madonna in the UK!

And I know quite a few Americans who moved to Canada and Europe after the 2000 election. I would be interested to see any statistics on this actually. I find that the Americans who decide to experience a life elsewhere more amiable and cosmopolitan than what the cultural stereotypes have me believe. Then again, some Americans on this board give credence to that archetype- not surprisingly the Republican bigots.

But with this victory I think the burden is on Bush more than ever. If after 4 years iraq is still a mess and eonomy slides into perpetual decline than democrats will win in 2008

I think, regardless of what Bush does over the next 4 years, Republicans can easily win with a ticket of John McCain and Rudy Giuliani. The Democrats will almost certainly be running Hillary Clinton. While McCain, a popular Senator who is well liked for his centrist values, will be able to reach across party lines and take some Democratic vote, Hillary will not be able to do the same.

Additionally, Bush will have a Republican Congress to work with. Theyll be able to get their ideals pushed through without riders and other social spending, which should generate more money for all Americans. Bush wont be worried about a legacy, so hopefully hell concentrate on some of the things like a simpler tax code and establishin those tax free retirement accounts he was talking about.

Also remember folks, nothing is decided yet.

I bet that if you sampled Americans who left after the 2000 election, youd find that most of them are quite wealthy. The average person cannot afford to just pack up their family, their things, and just take off to another country.

a lot of americans were voting on the basis of which candidaite they perceived had higher moral values.

how this makes a person, a better policy maker,is beyond me. americans will suffer under this president's policies; osama and al qaeda will unleash their wrath and american will have no one to blame but themselves. so be it.

I really wouldnt be surpised if Bush gets assasinated if he becomes the president for the next 4 years. and the weird thing is I wouldnt be sad at all if it happened...

I hope bush dies. Personally, I dont know the united states think.

Bush

i've come to a conclusion that people who vote for Bush are rich, uneducated, own a company, people who only think about themselves and not the wellness of the community, and jesus freaks who cant see that bush is not a man of god. He said it himself that God told him start a war with Iraq, what kind of God would do that?
