Some ass pulled me over once and tried to get me to pay for a chipped windshield. He claimed a stone flew from my tire and chipped his windshield. I told him "act of god" and drove away. Jackass. I'm sure it was a scam anyways but even still it was an act of God and i wouldnt be liable.
This guy who rearended sounds like a real tard though. This is what lawsuit laws were made for in this country. Wouldnt it be ironic that in a country where u can sue someone for being a retard and falling on their property, that you wouldnt be able to sue this guy for causing real harm to you. |

this is why I always kept the non emergency police phone number in my cell. I would have called and spoken to an officer, not a recording to ensure that him driving away w/o insurance doesnt screw your claim.
that really sux RJ. Go get your neck looked @ soon. The pain might get worse and its best to have a look at it now to keep your ass covered. |

Man, sorry to hear that dude...reading about your accident reminds me of one i had with my Dad 10 years ago, when some slammed into our car while we were waiting for the light to turn green. Bastard ran away as well...:whip:
Take the bitch to court...pretend like you have some neck damage and make him sweat it for a bit. s who don't know how to drive should have their liscence revoked.
Important thing though is that you didn't suffer a bad injury though, a beloved car with dents isn't much of a consolation, but it coulda been a lot worse. Hope things work out, bro. :) |
