well the MASTERPLAN was to get to system at 10, have some drinks, represent dj mute till 12 and then hit elmocambo around 12.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, SCREW U MASTERPLAN.
got there at 10 SHARP, if my sister wasnt late i would be first patron inside (i was 3rd hehe), got some drinks, chilled with mute (he showed me this very interesting album cover something like "xxx stories" very very interesting ;) ) and then rest of my friends walked in. let me tell you when i saw them (10-15 people bustin' a move as they walked in), smiles on their faces and vibe that they brought with them i knew that elmocambo will have to wait some more time to see me :D, alex knew it too, he said "elmocambo, YEAH RIGHT" with a big grin on his face.
and then, DJ MUTE <-- this ****** had front room going crazy before 10:45, everybody smiling, busting a move and whooting before 11, and IT WAS ON. track after track after track of pure madness, holy crap i enjoyed it so much it was unreal. u know that feeling, drunk, happy, smiling and everything going perfectly, thats how i was feeling at the time.
Mute stole the show once again, i told it like a million times but ill say it again I SEE BIG THINGS FOR THIS GUY, BIG BIG THINGS.
then neeta came :D :D :D
she introduced me to so many people, but it was loud and i was kinda drunk at that time so PLEASE dont be mad at me for forgeting your names, u know who u are ;)
BUT i didnt forget about 3 people :D
dallas, mike and jeena rae (i reckognised u eh? :D :D)
i want u to know that i really think that first impressions are very important and you people blew me off my feet. so positive, so nice i really hope to get to know you better and have some good times with you (i'll contact u with the details for my b-day, i would be OFFENDED if u dont join me for at least 4-5 drinks). u guys really put a BIG ASS smile on my face last night, i was really impressed (trust me i dont say this often :) ).
and this ukranian guy and his girl (i dont think they are TA's) i asked for a smoke and all of a sudden we started talking like we knew each other for a longest time, very very nice people.
enough with nice people lets talk misterss b. :)

she was on fire, no wonder that she hooked me on edm, im not gonna go into her performance a lot ill just say IM SO SORRY THAT I ALMOST MISSED YOU, it wont happen again.
all in all:
music 11/10 (no bull)
people 11/10 (i do not get impressed that easily, but last night was off the hook with smiles and niceness, hugs and kisses)
vibe 846/10 (system you did it again you nasty nasty mofo's, keep it up, big respect to all employes, from funny doorman, suprisingly extra nice bouncers, "please can i have pic with her and him and them" ryan parks, and shots buying bartenders. system crew u rock)
now, im off to getting my splitting headache under control

Mistress Barbara!!! you Rock Sweety!
Although some people thought that the beat sounded the same over and over again - I really liked her transitions from song to son!
She played to almost 6pm - aqlthough i left at 5pm.
Lot's of TA there at the beginning, but then it came to end once the 3:30pm last call for reduced tix at BOa drew near!
Did you have fun at BOA! woo hoo
it WAS nice to meet Xavier Moriarty too! His sister too! Even though we met on "Irish" Day (St. Paddy's Day) this year! Neeta - you Rock too@ and my gurlfriend Jess that came to meet me at 2am! it was so packed in there and I knew she would be by the front - and ?BAM! there she was!
Also The NYTA's I spotted them asap in the smokin area, so we hung out unti they left for BOA - they were barrell of laughs and good times, Merideth and Jay! I hope you had a blast - I know they really enmjoyed one of the "Smoke" breaks!!! woo hoo

now it is late - I went to bed to the sunrise, waking up now to the sunset! oh dear me!
well it was a good night - hope you all had fun! the fun ;continued for some. But I must eat now - b/c i am starving!

System was off the freakin' hook. I'm still kicking myself for not staying longer. I think that was the most fun I've had since the Cream weekend at Montreal (and I was sober, too! :p).
Also thanks to everybody who came out (Jenna & Mike, Sally & Mike, Ryan & Michelle, Cuzo, Emery, Neeta, and a few of their friends whose names I never remember) - I usually don't bother with mentioning names but I came in morbidly tired and seeing you guys recharged my batteries. :)
And the ladies there that night... :eek:

WOW, that was the first time I saw Mistress Barbra and she does live upto the hype. That girl is insanely good! The club was dammmmmn busy!
DJ Mute rammed the front room all night long and never once heard a ty set from him. Even at Labour of Love III, the dude was jet lagged and tired, he still spun a crazy set! Once again, another 10/10 set. I hate house, but DJ Mute is the only one who can throw it down PROPPA!
Thanks to all those who came out! Make sure everyone comes out to the Zabiela & 1P's "UNITY!" event, this is gonna be Emery (Desidel's) Official Birthday Bashment! |

only time i saw her was @ bal en blanc 2003, and that was when

DJ Mute seriously rules, good thinking on System's part to put in the front room because he was getting everybody pumped up right from the start. Kenny Glasgow too, I just couldn't wait for Misstress to come on to start rockin' out.

2005 will be VERY interesting year for him and us, his loyal followers :D , i will always represent him no matter where when or how, and i know at least 20 more crazy partiers that are ALWAYS there when he spins so no matter what its always GOOOOD times when he spins, he should be heard by much much more people.

his LOL III set was one of the best sets i have ever heard, i danced so hard that after he was done i was so tired i spent the rest of the night just chillin to deep dish, but somehow he managed to top it last night, crazy bastard :)
