| Thing is, Im not really sure what national parks or sights you have. I know of the white cliffs at Dover and Loch Ness but those you listed I don't know off the top of my head. |

yeah of course, i've been there! I went just after they opened it back up to the general public.
Funny story: because of the hoof & mouth disease, the entrance to the tunnel that goes under the road and over to Stonehenge was covered with hay full of bleach.
We had to walk on it to make sure to kill any disease if we picked it up. I didnt know this at the time and I just jumped over the hay.
so if there's an outbreak of hoof and mouth disease here in the States, then you'll know who to blame :p :toothless |

You can still learn to find beauty all around you though - no matter where you are.

lol, i disagree, the UK is a beautiful coutry, it just rains a lot :p
some pics of the lake district:

i have been swimming in this lake, it rocks. my favorite place in the UK (although obviously not in the winter like this pic :p).

on that one you get an idea of how immense the cliff is above that lake. its to the right of the peak in the middle.
i will stop being a sad er now :p |
