well in foozball .. York rugby will take the Giants and Jets foozball teams (best players from both teams combined) down to the ground and beat them alive .. :nervous: :nervous: . no offense to new york foozball fans ..

and the new england patriots will outduel any england rugby team .. even though the pats have that pish pash tom brady on their team, bill bellichek will play chess matches on his opponent..

american 'football' vs rugby

the rugby guys win hands down. its a similar sport but without all the padding.. bunch of nansies :p

tough question there .. and there are plenty of guys in the american football system that can run less than 10 seconds .. such examples include torry holt, dante hall, dre bly, terrance newman, qwnten jammer, and others .. probably 60 to 70% of the wide receivers and cornerbacks in the league run around 10.5 to 10.8.

and toughness can never be an issue. rugby players play at the same level of toughness as american foozball ..

US history might have been more exiting for the 200-odd years you have been in existence, but for the thousands of years before that we were running round forming the commonwealth, deciding which type of christian to be, fighting the romans, fighting ourselves, the vikings, the saxons etc etc.. if you said to a fully fledged historian that US history is more interesting then UK history, he/she would most likely laugh in your face.

either way, my point was that for example, if we were having a fight and you were using the US history books as a weapon, with me using the UK history books as a weapon, i would be able to hurt you more due to the extra weight :toothless

Most people would probably find the history of their own people more interesting than the history of another people.

We didn't get to fight the Romans, but we got to fight the Vikings. And from 1169 until today we've been fighting you.

i will stop being a sad er now :p

whats the name of the thread? ;)

very true .. like who were the first to pun the term "peasant" in terms of people who did not have any money, and the term "aristocrat" for a wealthy trader. i know a lot of people do not know that the world of economics with the proverbial standard of the "supply and demand" charts were introduced in the united kingdom.

the tea thing was just a side joke .. hahahah .. everyone knows asian tea is the best .. ;)

and i don't know how others feel, but i rather take the indians from india than the native american indians.. the india-indians seems nicer than the native americans. even though there may seem to be those grouchy india-indians, there are plenty of nice ones out there (especially the chics .. woo hoo!) .. around here, most india-indians are taxi drivers than store owners. and i like it when they say the word "punji" .. hahahaha

how about this question ?

william and mary or george and laura bush ?
charles and diana or george and martha washington?
