I used to be a coffee addict. Was at the point where I needed to drink a few cups just so I could sleep at night and not go through withdrawal like symptoms. Three months of nothing but green tea cured that. :)
On occasion when I do grab a coffee it's usually from starbucks, 2nd cup or timothy's world coffee. Try to stay away from Timmie's coffee because it's so weak. |
Yeah, I know what you mean, all those "latest studies show" type announcements always turn up to be bogus...Hence the stories about coffee reducing your sperm count, stunting your growth, and causing cancer all turned out to be untrue. |

4 shot breve latte is my drink....with some sugar-free vanilla syrup
During a marathon work session at a coffee shop, over 5 hours I had 7 of them....slept like a baby that night too....:D |
