Does Canada have its own culture, or only bits and pieces stolen off the French and Americans?

Quebec has a really distinct culture in a way. Quebec resembles many European cities in many ways.
As for English-speaking Canada... yes and no. Our film and tv market is flooded with American stuff, but we try to maintain our own culture as best we can. In many ways, we are similar to Americans, probably because we started as a colony of Britain, just like America. There is a different feeling in Canada then there is in the USA. At first, I thought it was just me, but a lot of people seem to think this.

Kangaroos are far too quick to have sex with, and have you seen them kick?
Kiwis speak funny, and quite frankly, they are quite an unlikable bunch of people with mainly fat ankles.
I'm no convict, nor is my relatives, like many Australians.
Ahh, crocodile dundee. Good to see you are up to date with Australian culture.
Australians don't care about flags, and patriotism, we are more concerned with having a bbq and a beer.
