Very nice, but on Rogers? They charge way too much for U.S. Roaming. (if they didn't, I'd love one).

Hit your local radio shack and sign up with Rogers for a corporate plan.
My friend told me about this. I'm thinking of doing it when my Telus contract is up.

while we are on the topic- I recently went with Bell Mobility and got their Samsung phone with a 45-50 $ per month package. The signal is fawking e.it fades and disconnects me every two seconds. I will be calling Bell and cancelling this but not before figuring out what to get next. so Robbie- how bout a two fer one deal :)....
I will watch this thread closely.

Guys, I work for Rogers and have an employee cell phone plan.

I gave up my telus line to pay for bad service, bad connections and huge bills. I regret leaving Telus everytime my cell phone rings.

Telus had great plans and great service. Fido is good for Toronto service, too. Sprint is great for land line rates, but bad for customer service.

Hope that helps.

I had the same problem with Ma Bell and Samsung phone. I switched to the Ma Bell Nokia and all is good in the hood.

I've noticed that my Bell Mobility signals we're ing up as well and the customer service ends at 8pm unlike TELUS where it closes at midnite.Of course the Bell billing upgrade recently was the icing on the cake which prompted me to shop around...

As for the BalckBerry RJ? Its just not practical for me but they ARE sweet:D

I am leaning towards a TELUS phone but there is a Radio Shack near me so I will look into what they offer.

:)

I hate rogers - first of all they charge to damn much! if you are a current customer - you all must knw this by now. Also if you lose a freakin' phone and need to get a new one they sign u up for another bloody year contrac t- now I have gone through 4 phones now - since last may 2003, and the initial set up was a 2 year sign up contrac t- stupid me - but i am locked into ROGErs bloody mess until 2007 - I wanna leave - but then they charge 200$ to cancel - I dunno - I try not to use my phone as smuch now - and the plan has been a little bit less. but i still don't like them - they have invisible contracts and the damn president is the richest canadian (isn't he) as far as I am concerned - don't go with Rogers - Fido is pretty good - but now that is owed by Rogers too ... damn policy's :( good luck with your phone plan search...

xXx
Dallas(*):D

the fido - $45 anytime plan seems the best! good phones too - there is a place at the corner of bloor and yonge that is an "authorized dealer -" and the dude that works there, is really nice to deal with - and he would be also able to help with your decision ...

must get back to work.... YEah right....... Hahahaha
