First off im stuying child psychology so i know i hell more then you do and i can tell you that you are going to have some fu**ed up kids who are gonna end up on DR.Phil hahahah. I dont know what parenting books you read, but you should be reading the same "in" books i am. pffff. You are a great exemple why some ppl shouldnt have kids. |

u sound like a . i know ur chick and all, no pun intended. but u sound like u get walked all over. and prolly cause u werent toughened as a kid. take ur self as an example next time ur reading abt psychology and figure out the reason why u came out the way u did. |

I think thats part of the problem....theres wayy too many books out there and that suggest whats the right way to deal with things and whats the wrong way, and what drugs to put your kid on if they cant pay attention...all this is so essential in the kids first 2 years, if you dont start it out right, your going to be payin for it for the rest of your life, especially if it snowballs into something out of your control. I think what Eric is getting at is that, hes going to teach his kids right from wrong from the very beginning, and of that means a good wack on the ass as a reminder hell do it, and im SO with him on that. My nephew is 2 years old and hes sooo spoiled, I can already see the problems that my brother is going to have with him, but they dont do anything about it. Nip it in the bud I say.... |

oh ya by the way i dont read parenting books since personally i really dont want a family. i read psychology books and philosophy books. u know big man books. not fairy tales my young hoochie.
ps by the way ur irish what the do u know abt rasing kids. ur also 22. no offence or anything maybe u should focus on pleasing ur bf before u get too raising kids. |

True I can't touch you from here and my parents weren't immigrants you asswipe, but in real life when I see parents needlessly beating kids in public, I always ask them what the f*ck they're doing. They normally tell me to mind my own business and I respond it is my business because you're doing it in front of me and I won't tolerate it and will call the police to have them arrested. I have gone further than that and have stopped them from slapping kids as well. I'm a confrontive type person and have publicly berated some kid beaters at the Wal-Mart on more than one occasion. Sorry, but I don't look the other way, it's my personality. So, beat your kids in front of me and I will beat your ass in kind. That's one of my triggers.
