And now to pick up my package I have to go to KIPLING AVE. Like WTF?
Like what the hell, I live downtown and the package centre is on KIPLING, who is in charge? I called them and I asked if it was possible for the delivery dood to come by one more time since he was just here 2 minutes ago and they said no. |

I have been screwed twice this year thanks to this BS policy the couriers have...one time i could see the guy from my window doing deliveries in a bldg adjacent to mine....Called the main office on my cell phone requesting them to have the guy come back or atleast wait for 2 mins so i can get there myself....but the dispatcher said no....neeedless to say he was gone by the time i got down.. :wtf:...they have systems in place and the dispatcher could have easily paged the driver to stay but he didn't....some customer service it is :whip: |
