Thanks to everyone that came out and waited for Eddie to perform. When I arrived at the club Coleridge had the crowd rocking and prepped up for what should have been Eddie. Due to incorrect mixers, we decided to change the lineup and I'll be honest, I wasn't too sure how the crowd was going to react seeing me instead of Eddie, but much to my delight you made me feel comfortable and alowed me to let loose...I thank you all!! I was also impressed by Carey and Ari whom were relentless to keep the show ongoing. they probably lost 10lbs in the process. LOL
RJ, your dedication to music is nothing less then outstanding and thank you for demonstrating it on friday!

PS. One more thing to add to the review. I really hated this and still feel the effects right now as I sit here. They let people smoke inside where people were dancing and i almost vomitted several times. not used to that anymore. i had to run away from stinky people all night and now all my clothes and hairs stinks horribly. i know there wasn't that many people and most probably didn't care but you can really tell the difference with smoking and non-smoking. |

| i love th fact that people are starting to ignore this stupid ban. Bring the power back to the people. Obviously smokers are vital to the club scene and its time that us non smokers realize this. Now that winter is here its obvious that relegatingt hem to the outdoors is not the answer. After all, why should i have to pay their healthcare when they get sick from being outside? |

Wow sounds like this was worth the wait for the people who did wait. The day I turn 21 (please BOA, stay open until 2008 :D ) I will be at your line-up waiting to see an amazing show. I've heard too many good things not to check this place out. I realize that I'm younger than most of you in here, and I respect that you want the crowd to be specifically older since having a bunch of kids would ruin the mood but being reduced to TO's all ages scene seems like a never ending probation compared to places like BOA.
BTW to the last post, if it wasn't complete sarcasim, 110% with you :cool: |

We've had over 20 successful events in the past 2 years - somehow managing to escape the law of averages and never having run into any major technical issues during that time ... until Friday night.
Carey has pretty much summarized the events that took place - Eddie consistently uses the features on the DJM-600 and did not want to put on a lack lustre performance with the 500. He also told us he'd rather not be paid than to disappoint the fans (by not putting on the trickery they came to see/hear).
Pulling our resources together we managed to find a mixer available via Rabbitjoker - who came through last minute. He COMPLETELY went out of his way for us and that means a lot, RJ will be well taken care of at all our future events.
Also, for all the other TAs (who left early or remained until the end), we want to thank you for your patience and would like
to offer all of you complimentary admission to our next party.
