What are your favorite places to go eat at? I am talking about places that have good food, service and the whole deal. Places that you go back to many times over.
So let me get your fav places to go eat at( in and around nyc), post the address and what type of cusine(thai,greek,colombian...etc) the place serves.
thank you

I went to this Thai restaurant called Sea for my birthday with my family. Dood, the food there is ing AWESOME!
Im game to go to this restaurant ANYTIME. Its affordable and the food is really good. To all you spicy food lovers, this is the joint!
But you must be prepared to wait on big lines if you want to eat there, this place is very popular... they do have an in house DJ. :p
If I remember correctly... the address is 114 N Sixth, Brooklyn, NY (Its in Williamsburg). |

china grill
60 west 53 street, btwn 5 and 6 aves
it's fusion cuisine. can get pricey as vlad says but it's definitely a treat every once in a while to splurge
http://www.chinagrillmanagement.com/
tomoe
172 thompson street btwn bleecker and houston
there really is no decor to speak of here. it's good japanese food, plain and simple. no reservations, just show up and hope the wait isn't long.
mesa grill
102 fifth ave btwn 15 and 16 streets
bobby flay's own restaurant, serving southwest influenced foods. again, pricey... i recommend the margaritas ;)
www.mesagrill.com
big wong
67 mott street btwn bayard and canal streets
hm the place itself might scare people into thinking, wow this place is a hole. but once you get over that, i think it's hard to beat a complete meal for 8 bucks or less per person. chinese food
aureole
34 east 61 between mad and park aves
"new american" cuisine whatever that means lol. it's still really good food, it's a restaurant inside a converted brownstone so there're two levels to the restaurant. good food. again, pricey

palm 1 and palm too, 837 and 840 second ave, btwn 44 and 45
steakhouse with a killer prix fixe menu for lunch. the menu's the same at both restaurants. highly recommended for food coma if desired :)
