lol yall owe me for sitting on the phone with the hotel manager for an hour....english was not his preferred language
long story short, cmays room is booked and ready...in the computer for 6 days and to quote him "Our aom knows the company policies, he would never have said that. He's been here over a year"
I believe I laughed and said "well there was obviously some communication issues" ahhhh hilarious miamians
our other room should be set and ready to go by tomorrow, dee is emailing the manager now..... so, kristi I want you to call tomorrow to see if there is a room and if not than make a reservation....I'd still do a "mock" call to be sure they get us a room with two beds in it and dont try anymore bs
both may and kristi, you need to put a cc down on the room anyway....it makes it so that they can't bump you, its a little trick I learned!
