i can't stand the hyperactive 16 year olds who just got their license and drive little riced out (sorry if i offend anyone with that) civics at like 70 mph down busy roads. they are going to friggin kill someone or themselves. they piss me off when they ride my ass and cut in and out of traffic. i usually hit my breaks and make them go around me. little f#*U$E*@.
and also, down here there are a lot of caribbeans (haitian, jamaicans, etc.) and they drive like they are oblivious to the rest of society. lol the best is when it's morning rush hour traffic on a main road and there's this little POS with like 5 of them crammed in the car, and they are literally going like 20 mph, blasting music...you can tell they're high too.
there's no happy medium, i swear.
oh yea, and i don't like the people yacking on their cells either. i mean i'm guilty of doing it, but i don't talk and forget that i'm driving. if anything, i'm the worst person to talk to while i'm driving because i'm just like, "yea uh huh...wait what?" because i'm actually paying attention to the road, and not the conversation. |

I'm one of those ty drivers that hogs all of the road and rushes up behind others forcing them to swerve. I lay on my horn and never really touch the breaks... |

Did you just make that up?
Pretty sure you did, because I just googled every combination of "United, Nations, convention, 24c, subsecion, 345, racist, sporting, sexist, and drivers" and none of these combinations brought anything up. |

just of of curiosity (semi-hijack:p), about what speed do you people usually drive?
lets say in a 40mph zone, or w/e the typical kph limit would be in smart non-US countries, not sure what the standard is there
i usually drive about 45
up to about 50 on those roads if i'm in a hurry, usually don't go more than 10 over cept on the highway
i usually settle in around 80 on highways if there isn't traffic |

i'm usually doing anywhere from 5-10 miles over the speed limit. if i'm on a highway and it's fairly open with not a lot of traffic, i'll usually do like 15 over. |

i'm paranoid of getting a ticket... but i'll follow flow of traffic, and often that's 15-20 above speed limit. if i'm the only car that i see for a while, i'll just keep it about 5, 7 mph above the limit. i really don't want to get another ticket slapped on.
this is in the northeast, along the jersey turnpike, garden state parkway, and even the long island expressway. jersey turnpike is mostly 65, GSP 65 as well. LIE within new york city is 50 speed limit, on long island 55.
on local roads, 30 at most... that's posted speed limit in new york city.
oh and for all those state troopers out there reading this and would love to bust me, i drive a ******** ********** with plates NYS ******* ;) |
