i'd be super pissed if they banned redbull...i never drink anymore at club, because if i do i'd be done by 2am. so instead i drink redbull and usually last til 6am. i don't abuse it only 2 cans a nite, and don't use it all the time...use with caution, don't be stupid.

hahaha, funny . Monster > does not work

I've tried Monster, Red Bull and Bawls to get me through my Thursday and Friday morning shifts, and Monster was a waste of $3. It's a big can with NO punch, as opposed to Bawls and Red Bull being small and giving me all the energy I need to get through the day. Bawls is my favourite, but RB and Bawls both work just as well as eachother.

I love rb&v, I drink it all the time when I am at the bars...I guess it's time to find a new drink :(

It's easy as pie, folks - the public health system needs to go. At least I can give our Liberal government credit for one thing - cutting ridiculous things like chiropractics from our public health care and making people pay their own way for it. Who knows, maybe Mr. Martin has seen the light and is secretly trying to make our health care system private... well, I can always dream. :D

It was McGuinty's government that did that, not Mr. Martin's... he's much too much of a to decide anything the way McGuinty does.

Do you know anything about chiropractic care? It actually makes MORE sense to have the Government cover Chiropractic and Eye Exams because they are PREVENTATIVE maintenances. What we call "health care" is actually sick care. The people are there, because they are already sick. Why should I pay for some idiot smoker who has lung cancer? I'd much rather pay to have him go through a program that helped him quit, not only does it mean he has a lower chance of lung cancer, but it means there's one less smoker polluting my breathing space. It's not only cheaper, but then when he gets cancer, it's his own damn responsibility. I'd much rather pay to have someone go through a drug/alcohol rehab program, because it will cost me less than it does when they overdose or get in a car accident and need the expensive care. The same way I'd rather have someone goto a chiropractor and have their back taken care of (they can also check things like knees, pelvis, elbows and other joints) rather than pay MORE for someone to get metal discs put in his back 50 years after a misalignment has occured and deteriorated to the point that they need to replace or reinforce the vertebrae.

Either way, our current system needs an overhaul, I'll agree with you there.

Your stomache felt bad, so we should ban it... How about you don't drink it again? Would that work? I think it might. Then your stomache will feel fine, and those of us who can handle it (or hell, put up with stomache aches) can still drink it.

ive had 3 cans (not at the same time) and nothing. has less content than monster and costs exactly the same. both taste about the same but monster has more caffeine. RB+V is a different story, but still way too expensive outside when not home made.

"I think it's dangerous to market a product as a sports drink that has these ingredients in it," he said.

so who's advertising it as a sports drink ?

Euphorica
I like bawls cause it feels pretty much the same as red bull, isnt as harsh tasting(i like red bull though) but bawls is nicer, and its cheaper!

I don't know about you, but I don't like paying the doctor and hospital bills of the people who live on McDonalds and shovel anything into their mouths. Now I know Redbull isn't quite the same, but it's the same idea.

Everyone always saying that "i dont like paying their medical bills for smoking/red bull/heart attacks from mcdonalds is really starting to make me wish we had a private medical system.

You're not entirely alone either. But thinking like that is "Un-Canadian"

I think that yes at times I agree that paying medical bills for people knowingly putting themselves at risk can be annoying, but a private medical system is a bad idea.

Take redbull for instance, not everyone knew that these medical conditions would arise from it. You can eat or be exposed to anything that could possibly harm you in the future, then it is you that other people end up paying medical bills for.

So be greatful that we have the medical system that we do :)
