I'm not a TA dating that far back and I like some trance, along with some prog house, as I'm sure many people do. Since I readily admit I don't know everything about EDM and I just started mixing a few months ago, I'd really like to see threads that might further get me into some quality prog house, such as "If you like _____, you might might want to check out ______." |

What are you going on about? This is a forum for the discussion of music, whether that be praise or criticism. It's not a place where the 'omfg brigade' can come too hold hands and bum each other over trance. Who are you to dictate what opinions can and cannot be expressed within a thread? That's right, your noone; so don't try too. |

I'm not trying to dictate anything, I had an opinion and a suggestion of a different way to put things. There's a big difference in my opinion between offering your thoughts about something you don't like and people informing everyone that the music they like sucks in every single thread regarding that subgenre. It's cool if you don't like Airbase or other producers, but why do people have to be constantly ridiculed if they happen to like it? All I was trying to say that on something called trance addict, people should not be made to be outcasts for discussing trance and it would probably work better to offer suggestions of other things to listen to that they might like better, rather than just rip others apart. |
