That's the definition of cheese.

You don't know why the it was made. It could have been made to entertain people, possibly? You really do suck, elitist.

so what, sasha's signed to arista that dont mean . popular dont mean cheese, formula in the track makes it cheese.

Pretty much all of Safri Duo's tracks were released on Universal. They based their career on it. That's quite a difference to Sasha, don't you think?

And what's this formula you speak of?

clearly cheese means something different to different people. for you it means it was made with money in mind. for most it means it is typical of a certain genre, almost a stereotype of one... like for example, i would say a cheesey trance track is oceanlab - satalite or motorcycle - as the rush comes. not because i dont like them, in fact i love them both very much, but they are based around a stereotype of a genre.. i think.. maybe im talking ass.. who knows.

:wtf:

Dude, you haven't noticed? 99% of all trance released today is a "stereotype of the genre". No new ideas are being used, it's the same old crap we've had for the past 5 years.

Cheese is cheese. Commercial success is irrelevant. "Firestarter" by The Prodigy isn't cheese, but it was very successful, and it was played to death on every radio station and music channel. And I doubt very much it was made just to make money, it doesn't use any samples, it's entirely instrumental and it was written by the guys themselves. It was just another tune that happened to get big. It isn't any more cheesy than any other big-hook trance anthem.

I really dislike this track. It's so cheesy and it reminds me of euro-dance type of bs.
