| quote: | | I knew about your instrument when I wrote this list. Being that it's commercial and made with synthedit, I immediatly didn't consider it. But people on TA seem to like it, and the audio demos sound nice (they remind me of my JP-8000). I'll download the demo and consider adding it. |
i agree with dustx on this one. lets not immediately dismiss something because its made in synthedit. apart from the fact that superwave p8 is synthedit and sounds awesome. adventus is really a serious monster of a VSTi and its not that expensive either considering what you get. the gui isnt fab, the sliders are too short and a bit fiddly but by god does it rip through a mix. powerful powerful synth that can punch like zeta can at times. the CPU load however (like zeta) is pretty high.
whoever said g-media oddity. yes! try the demo out guys. its pretty brutal. and it can split ears before it aliases. its definitely on par with impOSCar. all of g-media's stuff is of a pretty consistant standard actually.
also, in the freeware section pls include greenoak crystal. this is quite simply one of the best freeware softsynth ive ever used! |

I mostly didn't consider adding it becuase of the fact that he joined TA just to spam it. But it sounds pretty good, so I'm going look into it. Again, I want to keep this list complete but selective. |

I'm reading tranceaddict forum since two year, i read all the longuest music post ever about music production tips. i think is one of the best place to talk about my synth dedicted to trance, i'm not Native instruments, steinberg or other big company who can spend thousand to promote their products. I learn a lot reading post to make the synth better. it's the best place to get feedback too :)
