Ill be there for Edgar V on the 19th. Its too bad I havn't gotten to play at Eternal, its the only thing trance-ish going on... I dont get enough support from Texas though...

take it from me this aint a good attitude to have. I didn't get any support from Houston (since there's no market for trance) but I just took the next step and networked outta Houston. Make some mixes, host em, and get em to the promoters. If you are good, and not arrogant, no reason at all for people not to support you.
I got aked to play out at Eternal because JoJo found the link for my mixes and gave them a listen, he didn't even know me when he called and invited me out to open for Acosta. Just my 0.02 |

keep in mind, I aint atrance dj or a "tranceaddict" but i do respect trance and do seriously enjoy very top nothc trance
the dj's Ive met at eternal have def been very humble and down to earth (which goes a long way) keepin it humble and a good attitude goes a long way, and the vibe at Eternal is damn thinck, even for this "junglist" I love the place.
so ima go with Matthias and Jacob on this one as well |

I agree with Matt, Jacob, and cockstain. I cannot stand DJs who think they are any different from the people on the dancefloor. Attitude is important for me, I definitely wouldn't support a local if they're arrogant etc. Internationals are a diff story some of the time, for example, Nu NRG could rape my mother and stab me in the bowel and I'd still be trying to have sex with them.... err I mean get my records signed.

Im pretty down to earth, all I do is make music and work for corporate America lol. Iv been playing for a while now.. and everything was great.. was going real well in Austin / Dallas / San Antonio.. In the beg. lol. But then I made the biggest mistake of my life and through an event with a "Friend". Slander goes a long way man, and my name has been slandered to every damn promoter out there just about. Its hard for me to find new one's who are doing something, except jojo.. and I havn't been able to meet up with him yet. But, I keep hosting mixes.. always will.. Maybe in the near future I can get back on the "circuit" as it where. Iv been really focused on out of state gigs these last few months.. but im thinking of changing gear back to homebound. And Im hoping with the launch of Real Music Recordings, Here in Texas.. maybe I can bring some good trance back to where it belongs.
