| Wow, I am loving this, within a few hrs of brian posting the roll call, we have 26 people so far, and we have 4 1/2 months to go, and by that time, Myself and brian would like to see anywhere from 130-150 TA's signing up and going, no if's, but's or excuses about it, and seeing that when the day comes that place will a brick and take care of them for the rest of the month, so lets go people, there are more of you out there, fire away!!! |

wow! what a big thread in just a day!!
if there are going to be 50-100 ppl, i think that catering a confrence room at a hotel is a good option.. i know the hotel im staying at is in downtown and has confrence rooms (and i dont think is hosting confrence events)
everyone who is going could pay their $ in advance thru paypal....
just an idea... last year splitting checks was a nightmare with such a big group... |
