if there are going to be 50-100 ppl, i think that catering a confrence room at a hotel is a good option.. i know the hotel im staying at is in downtown and has confrence rooms (and i dont think is hosting confrence events)

After we got the issue with the costs sorted out, I don't recall any problems with the checks. I will make it very clear to them when I call that everybody needs separate checks. Hotel catering sounds like a good idea but when it comes down to getting people to pay ahead of time online......this is where it will turn into a nightmare. Then we have to worrie about who payed, who didn't......sorry, but im not going to deal with that. Let the restaurant worry about all that jazz. This would be a good idea for a smaller party but in this case......we are going to have over a 100 people. |

i am offended that i was not put on this list by default. i will bethere.
oh and im voting no on pocaros. not a bad place, but im down for belly dancers and music.
just an idea, but maybe we should look at renting a restaurant out for a few hours so we can bring in our own music and have the place all to ourselves |
