Sorry, I thought it was implied. Sys-J and I were talking about how accessible hip-hop is, and then you came and mentioned a somewhat underground rap act, I assume? |
hehe. quite a modified truth here, and well, it was not implied.
anyways, keep going with whatever you discussed.
as for the "gay" thing, i thought it was a wellknown fact that the gay-genre is house? :> |

Hey, Sys-J was the one who said hip-hop is accessible. |

Diva house (and funky house to some extent), yeah. Trance with its super-uplifting melodies is far more pussified though. |

Of course. Ever wondered why Armin looks like an 11-year-old? He doesn't age. :stongue: |

Actually, calling fluffy or uplifting music gay is totally wrong, as it was the gay scenes that created techno and hard house, two of the toughest forms of EDM.
And by hip-hop DJs I meant DJs who spin hip-hop in clubs, which there are plenty of. I wasn't talking about hip-hop artists. |

I see.
But my argument still stands. Hip-hoppers ( :p ) go "wow, the latest tune by Sean Paul" (or whoever) while trance lovers go "wow, that's Tiesto up there". Maybe that's alittle extreme, but "our" scene is more DJ centric. |
