European Parties In 2005 ?

So me and my friend is axing the idea of going to ibiza because we are from hawaii, and my friend who lives in spain said its exactly like hawaii but with super clubs. So i said, i dont feel like paying 1500 on air fare alone to just go to another Hawaii.
So now the question comes...
What parties are going to be happening in 2005? I know trance energy is comming up soon, but i was thinking more parties in the summer / Fall?
Any suggestions?

| Sorry i have no party suggestions yet, but i can tell you that as beautiful as Ibiza is, it's not as beautiful as Hawaii. I did, however, have a fantastic time there in sept. of 2004! Since I live in Europe, my flight was cheap, but we spent SERIOUS cash going to the clubs. Once you get over the shock of how much drinks cost, you'll have a great time. Top DJs, great music, and even some cool people . Worth every penny, though... |

Dance Vally is the best party in the summer, really. 120+ DJ's, tough to beat that. Its in August I think, and its outdoors, close to amsterdam, during the day. There's also Sensation with two editions (white for trance and the like, and black for the harder variations), and I think its held in july, the two editions a week apart from each other. It's held in the amsterdam arena, a large footballdome, and its at night, but there aren't nearly as many dj's as there are at Dance Valley.
At both parties its like 40,000+ people, I think DV cut down a bit recently, but its definitely still booming. Google it or something, I'm pretty sure the dates are pretty much set already. |

Dance Valley is 60 000.
And this year it will be 3 days!!!!
August 5,6,7 + camping!
As always location will be spaarnwoude recr. area. near amsterdam!
It is the best festival in the Netherlands. |

Dance Valley (three days this year!!! :D ), Mysteryland, In Qontrol, Defqon, Trance Energy, Decibel Outdoor, Impulz, Teqnology, Decibel Outdoor, I'll bet there will be a TIC this year too, Q Base, Innercity, Extrema Outdoor/Indoor, Sensation Black/ White, maybe a Dance Valley Winter Edition like in 2004....(this is all for Holland)

this year on the same dates, like last year.
we´ll definitely go to DanceValley, last year was awesome.

A lot of good suggestions! Dance Valley was greeeeat last year!!I recommend! UK & Germany have a lot going also.
And even a closer venue to you....(not in europe)..but Austrailia!

For Ibiza.. as for the moment, there are no set dates on a lot of parties. I can say that its true, Ibiza goes peaking WILD around July thru August and when i say wild I MEAN WILD!!Its definitely an experience, but yes its also tru, not only will you be spending on airfare and hotel, but expect to be wa$ting mucho dinero on club nites, unless you are vip of course :D.Also, its nice to spend your time not only partying, but also enjoying the calmer atmosphere there.
But hey, Europe has many more massive parties during the year so you can choose and pick, but make sure you go for the best option that will suit you, your wallet and your destination time..not just from hype. ;) |
