I HATE Coke.
Can't deal. Think it tastes :wtf: . And the after-taste Coke leaves in your mouth, can't deal. Hate it.
Diet Coke on the other hand (but ONLY from a foutain, and must have ice) is the most DELICIOUS tasting beverage on the face of the Earther, IMO, even moreso than beer.
Nothing beats a Wendy's or McDonald's Diet Coke. Seriously. I crave that ing stuff. Will pay anything for it.
And no after-taste. Awesome. ^5 |

Yes, I am one of them. I hate diet coke. To me it tastes awful. I prefer Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke but Coke C2 was better than anything low calorie/low carb out there.
SO pissed off they stopped making this. :mad:
Granted I think Coke Zero tastes better than Diet Coke...but not by far.

You ever notice that virtually NO fast food restaurant uses those little push-in indicators on the lid to show the drink is diet, or orange, etc etc? |

lol @ the can of worms I opened up with that coke comment. I should've been clearer with my comment.
I can taste a difference, but what I found random was that you found them so incredibly different that you absolutely despise the taste of one, but completely adore the taste of another.
To me, diet coke doesn't taste as nice as regular coke, but not so much that I can't stand the taste of it.
I had a great weekend of still going out but not getting boozed. Haven't been hungover for quite a while actually, which has been good on the liver no doubt. That being said, I forecast a hangover next weekend ;) |
