I just checked out a gym today with my buddy who just moved here from Montreal. We're going on Tuesday to try it out, and will likely sign up.
My softball playoffs are this weekend, so after this and my hardball league season is over, I need to keep it up. The 30s go so fast, so I want to stay fit. |

I signed up to Goodlife since it is in the same plaza as my work.
It was seriously the best idea I have had in a while. I have gone every day on my lunch. I usually don't do anything for lunch anyhow except for come home, eat and play on the net. So I decided to make my lunch hour more useful and it has been working out great for me :)

lol.. my plans didn't really involve driving to St. Catharines. Maybe if you lived closer I would help you out :p
But you just gave me an idea.. maybe I should start going through more of my stuff around here. It will at least give me something to do. (gym is closed for the night :() |
