I have a close mate that is a personal trainer so if anyboyd wants a program just ask, and I'll get some tips off him.
Let me know how much time you have, what sort of equipment you can access, the one main thing you want to change, and I'll get some info. |

Usually work out at home, on a stationary bike, a treadmill, running outside, or jump roping.
I lift with free weights and a tiny setup i inherited as junk from an old house.
I have a very busy quarter with nary more than a day or 2 off per month.
My 2 biggest problems are, I lose the discipline I have and quit my routine, and I drink alot of soda. |

cool hehe, im in!.. this will be some motivation to do some ab workouts :D
i hope maybe to put an inch or two around my stomach and increase definition
:D .. i say give it a month or so.. see the best before and after results.. just like those comercials |

| swt as, i'll be in maybe, ppl call me a stick but it's only coz i'm tall. I got atheletics day on Thursday and i'm doin some like 1500m, 3000m and some field crap. should be fun tho ;) hads some weights from my bro but the only logical thing i can do is run, coz there ain't no gym near by. |

| exercise and diet is for wimps. i eat enough food in a week to feed a village in North Africa for a month and can't gain an ounce of weight; I'm going for a smoke :wtf: |

If you could help me out with this that would be great.
I used to be a dedicated gym rat for about two years, and due to various reasons I pretty much just gave it up. Now, I'm trying to get back into it but I've misplaced all of my program info and routines and know all about where to start. I don't have a particular target area, just over all fitness / strength conditioning. I also have access to pretty much any equipment I will likely need.

Yes, but wait until you reach 25 and your metabolism changes and your testosterone drops and you get the beer gut hehe. |

Yes, I'm feeling old saying this, but there was a fair while when i could eat everything and anyting and never put on weight, then things changed and I realised the importance of keeping fit. |
