Never said all forces would leave South Korea, just the manuever brigades. Support troops would reposition and remain. But, basically no teeth. Combat forces would be aggressively inserted to counterattack at the onset of hostilities.
I know this thread is beginning to alienate most, but I'll continue to post if you want to discuss the issue in depth. Take it to the Pol Forum.
