| im not clued up with the production of music, so i cant use the proper terms, but the only thing i dont particulary like is the very distinct drum effects that appear throughout the tune, they seem to dictate how the flow and the rhythm should sound and i keep concentrating on them rather than the actuall lead synth. The buildup to the main melody could have been bigger as well, just didnt build up to anything. I think its got some powerful energy and drive, but probably needs a John O'Callaghan remix to bring out its true potential. |

armin needs to find a better track title - gouda!!!!! (and ya wonder why trance is the laughing joke of the edm world :rolleyes: )
i think its a well-produced track and i like the slow build up and melody - very subtle production....but the track is nothing special IMO and somewhat disappointing - he's said in interviews that the next artist album is going to be different than 76, but based on this track, this isn't the case.
i'm still waiting for a killer track from armin. |

Agreed. I'm willing to bet that it will be very similar to 76.
As far as this track goes, the best word I can think of is, "meh." The melody is okay, but the synths annoy me, and overall it tries to be energetic but falls just short.
