I ing hate people like you. We're judging the production, not the man behind it, just as we always have, and always will. Stop being such a ing , you don't have to ing defend Armin everywhere you go.

ok, fine...ill give you credit for some of that. You're right, it is an assumption. However, please point out all the threads I have posted where I defend armin...you know something about assumptions obviously, so you assume i defend him everywhere I go...prove it

I don't think armin is the best dj/producer around, so I dont defend him "everywhere I go"

And i can assume people (not necessarily you) will think diff about this track regardless...especially ASOT haters. Now, you can hate the track...it seems many do. My opinion is that the track is alright, and i will stick to my assumption that people will respond to this diff because armins produced it, for good or bad

I take your point about the assumption, sorry for pissing you off so easily...but try to prove me wrong about the armin remark you "kindly" pointed out to me...where I defend him everywhere...and if you're right, then ill give you that one too

either way, i hope you have a better day, cus it seems you're quite irritated at this point...and if it's because of me, sorry, but i think you overreacted a bit

Yes, I did assume. I just see this recurring pattern in McTrance-lovers; they go freakin' mad over a track then make all sorts of stupid claims when people bash it. Like "I bet you'd like it if it was by ... instead of ...", "You only dislike it because he's popular", "You only dislike it because he's unpopular" ( ), "Try to produce something better then, NOOB" and so on. And for a second there, you seemed like one of them, and that kind of annoys me.

Now, I haven't heard the track, so I'm not gonna give him just yet.

listing those 3 alongside the others is an insult to the great tracks that the rest are ;)

i totally agree with you...i see it too

that's kinda what is meant behind my post in a way...people go nutts to tracks just because of the name...but the other way around, people can get sick of that and automatically put a track down just to offset anyone who goes mad because of the name, if that makes sense.

the way I saw it was all the people sick of seeing people wet themselves over the track because of the name armin were trying to point out the negatives before all the OMFG'S come in. Now, my opinion is my opinion only and that is i dont mind the track and everyone is entitled to their opinion. But anyway, i think we both understand what going on now, so it's pointless to keep talking about it ;)
Nitrogliserin

Communication i already listed, no need to quote me.
Blue Fear sucks.
Sunspot sucks.
Janeiro i alreayd listed, no need to quote.
Rapture, all I have to say is Deep Dish remix.
ATRC, how stupid are you to remix this?
Dido crap.
Seven cities nothing special.
Shamu, i'll say that one is okay.
Sound of Goodbye, you're kidding me right?

Of course, these are my opinions Don't flame me now. Kthx

LOL, I'm not like a lot of s here and flame people for their taste or opinions on music, too much of that going on already. Music is fundamentally about connecting with people and giving them enjoyment. Everyone is not going to like the same things and those who tell people their musical tastes suck obviously doesn't respect or at least understand the purpose of music. I could name names but I'm not going to go there ;)

Hmmm

Song is very well produced.
I like the build-up - but the main melody is e, that main synth is dull and uninspiring. The kick is predictable, and overall its pretty generic stuff.
I could still listen to it though, but the track feels old and unoriginal after even 1 listen.

What? You have strange taste my friend.

That's okay, people have different taste. The problem is that you made a statement about Armin's creativity and career in general, when the tracks above are widely regarded as some of the best he made.
