yeah... its gotta be ambient techno or something. considering how a trance track is made and how different elements are arranged, its already hard enough to pull something off past 10 or 12 min, although of course it has been done.
IF it is trance, im sure its rather boring. the buildup would last what... 40 minutes. no one wants to wait that long to hear the best part of a tune.
