i dunno if this one is it but it certainly has a good shot at the title,
Blue Amazon - And Then The Rain Falls (Blue Amazon Original Mix), clocking in at 16minutes.
i wouldn't count any of oliver lieb's downtempo work as a running for the title as they are downtempo and there are no limits on how long downtempo (&ambient) tracks can be |

My choice for one of the longest (proggy) trancey tracks could be: Faithless - Salva Mea (Danny Tenaglia Main Remix) [18:17], which i don't own personally but would like to.. i have only an edited about 13min version. :(

Originally 20 minutes long, but re-organized by the concert organizers to last for 639 years (NOT a typo). It began "playing" 17 months ago and the first chord change was played 2 weeks ago...
