| quote: | | American R&B superstar Usher has been slamming hit after hit and Sander was asked to remix the latest one: "Caught Up" |
| quote: | The video for "Caught Up" has been airing on the television for a while now, and also on the radio the song is getting massive airplay. Luckaly for all media Sander delivered a slamming remix with deep, raw-edged synths and basses. Where the remix takes you on the melodic vocal tour with Usher's excellent vocals and catchy percussion lifting the track to club extacy, the dub mix takes you on a deep and more progressive tour making it excellent for clubbing in the late hours.
Be on the look out for this one! |

| It's kind of funny. For a long time, I thought Sacred(dub) was My Lex and My Lex was Sacred(dub), because my Four Seasons E.P. had them mislabelled. I love both tracks, but Sacred(dub) might have a little more sentimental value, in my book. Sander's mixes of Junkie XL ft. Peter Tosh and Friends "Don't Wake Up Policeman" is sick too. Sander's NuBreed album is pretty damn good too. I love his intros. |

quite possibly the nicest deejay in dance music today, tho he needs to stop wearing those ugly 200 dollar shirts that he keeps being given before gigs, when he wanders around the venue (easiest time to have a beer with ol sander or he may ask for a smoke...facking chimney). Sander seems to always know what the dancefloor needs and the times that I've seen him, he's dropped ol school classics right in with nasty current stuff. He needs to stop smoking tho, I'm never seen a deejay smoke so much during a gig
my fave remix of his was his poor leno remix and his deeper water mix, those both pwned.
Last time I saw sander, a few yrs ago, he played fooking no way out followed by yebo..a real mind for those. You never expect ol sander to drop no way out, the bassline hit, the world knew what it was, we kept looking around, going he's playing this....tore apart the dancefloor. Then he canned the out of the hamel mix of blue haze - into nothing...a total choon....I doubt it would have caught on so quickly if people like him did not can it...pure choon tho. |
