The day started off w/an idea to invite Marco V over for dinner, since I had decided to make a killer dinner & invite 2 friends over. So, wtf, let's call his hotel & leave him a message for when he checks in. Well, evening arrived, and dinner was ready. Just as main course was about to be served, Marco calls. I told him to hurry up and get over here, he could still make it, but (as we later found out) he misunderstood & thought that we were inviting him to a restaurant, and decided to pass & just catch his nap. When we saw him at the club & told him he missed a really great homecooked meal, he realized his mistake- had he heard he was being invited to a home cooked meal, he totally would've come over. :( Ah well!! He'll just have to come over next time. ;)
Otherwise, fun times on the dance floor w/everyone. Nice having Pat as my partner in crime. Holy, scene at the coat check! Nice to meet ya MaxTO, and catch a rare sighting of Blue Neon (happy b-day) & the Polish crew, The Vrk & NFC Wave. Met a really nice Guv dancer girl in the DJ booth, and met Marco's manager, Anna, of Anna Agency. Thanks to Tordan, we met a really nice fella from India, named Samir (future TA member), who came alone to the club, had no idea who Marco was, yet somehow managed to make his way into the DJ booth, and stand right next to him, with ease. :haha:
Bangin set from Mark Oliver as well.
Worst thing happened this morning after I got home and was reading the 1st reviews: the power on my computer just went DEAD. Something is wrong w/it, and I think it'll need some new part, so who knows when it'll get fixed, as I am computer illiterate. So.... if anyone is capable & able to help me out here, I'd greatly appreciate it. Dunno when I'll get my pics online now. :(
Nice to have Cuzo & Chanoa over the day after, and advenuture over to Danielle's place. (< Happy b-day again).

4 of us decided that its been a while since we've been to a trancey party and thougth "heck why not we goin all out this weekend lets check out good ole marco v"
so we went...and all 4 of us...well....sadly decided we aint goin to another one ever again |

No kidding eh? I saw him up in the DJ booth while I was dancing on stage. It's not everyday you see a Sikh guy with turban and all dancing alongside marco v. Then I ran into him on the balcony just outside the Drink and talked to him. Turns out he's on tour of all the best clubs in the world and he was super impressed with guv. Now that's one world tour I'd like to embark on. :D |
