They are incredible

My headphone pot was at the same level as it is without any ear protection.
When wearing them with the phones on, it cuts out more background noise
Cuts out so much of the floor noise, but you can still hear fine to mix.

Got home, felt fresh and untired. No ringing in my ears either last night or this morning (i normally do get some) and no dulled feeling or dulled hearing.

Get this, you can even hear people speaking much MORE clearly with these in!!!

I wish i had some way of recording what i can actually hear with them, but short of shoving a jack plug up my ass thats not going to happen!

I honestly should have got these years ago.

For those US peeps:

I mailed them ages ago asking if they could ship to the uk ( half price with the exchange rate ;)) and they just referred me ot their uk branch.

Please note: this is a different company to the one i have used, the plugs look slightly different- but the spec is the same.I havent used these ones.

I just went in for the mold today. For LA peeps, you can go to a hearing aid center in Bev Hills. I forgot the name but I can post it later if you wanna know.
My question for those of you who have this is which earmold style did you get? I order mine with the Standard style. But there are two others - partially countersunk and countersunk. I was wondering if anyone have any experience with the diff earmolds and what are the advantages of each of them. Thanks.

I didnt have an option of moulds, but i know the place that does them in the states that does- so i know which styles you are on about.

My only guess is that the more they are in your ear, the less likely to catch on your headphones etc.

Are they difficult to put in/pull out?

Yes people do yourself a favor and get these...I went to the ear doctor for the constant ringing in my ear and he confirmed I have started high frequency hearing loss.....so I must where these now...

Freak, you said in the other thread that you had a choice of -9dB, -15dB and -25dB. What made you choose -15dB of the three? Did you consider changing to the other filters while you still had the trial period?

djtrinity
i have them coming next week....i'm getting all the filters for different enviorments......
