Hi everyone.

I think its pretty sad everyone is abusing Dave Lea.

I thought he played a really good set. I know it started off slightly hard but I thought he took the place really well.

The club was pretty much buzzing from 9:30pm so I think Dave's set was spot on for getting everyone going.

Im sure I will get a good abusing for my opinion but hey - never mind:rolleyes:

Was good to see PVD play Slinky again after 2 long years.

Looking forward to Fergie at the end of the month & then Picotto in june.

Also dont forget Slinky will be 8 years old on may the 6th.

Good stuff.

Well, two things were disappointing:
1. I would have preferred a slower, proggier set from Dave Lea so that energy built up over the evening. Dave was slamming some techno/techy stuff by 10pm, even though only a dozen folks were on the floor.
2. Three hours for a resident and only two hours each to the guests? That's a little disappointing. I know that Paul might not have been willing to play more than two hours, but I would think that Sheridan might have taken some more time...

That said, most people had fun during Dave Lea's set, and I didn't think it was bad. Just not as awesome as the rest of the night. And many thanks to him for putting the night on. I know promotion is tough work.
