| I voted for uplifting however I have been buying more and more progressive records and putting those in the beginning of my sets. I just try to build my sets up more and to me playing just uplifting or just progressive is boring. So all in all i've gotta say both. |

uhhh... you mean jump right?
I've yet to see someone properly dance to that four to the floor stuff.
My vote goes for non four-to-the-floor techno, in its absence, progressive.
I mean every once in a while that stuff is sweet, but if you listen to 100% uplifting all the time, you're gonna get callouses to melody.
It just won't make you feel as good. The same effect as eating your favorite food everyday for a week.
Hip hop/Drum n Base kicks, low ass basslines, and organized synth noise make my ears a hell of a lot happier. |
