man this is a tough hijack to get rid of! anybody ever do it without having to reformat? that looks like my final option and id rather not do that! if anybody knows a good way to remove it let me know thanks!

go find a nice app called hijack this!
use that, then let us know |

tried that unsecessfully. im going to try to get more aggressive programs but so far im out of luck...however if i do beat this,and i think i stand a chance as the computer at my work had the same hijacker and i just defeated it about an hour ago,cept this computer doesent have the "only the best" spyware program as the one at my house, you can bet ill post what i did to accomplish it as im sure im not the only person who is or has been suffering with this hijacker virus!

You could also try Ad-Aware, it's free, and usually does the trick. I've had the same problem a few times - it's usually just malicious spyware.

| it hijacks your homepage and changing your homepage in your internet settings doesnt effect it |
