I know a thousand professional bedroom dj's are going to bitch and moan like their mothers did last night but...
Tiesto could mix sand and water together and make it look like one, he doesnt need 5 minutes to beat match and figure out when the first beat is to drop it in. Even if it wasnt the last track, all the more props to him for hanging with the audience. Why is it everyone has to complain about the person thats on top??? |

well lets face the facts, a lower end dj wouldnt be walking around handing out signed records...only top djs would be doing something like this.
and as for his mixing...it just isnt the same as it used to be. My fav tiesto year was 2002, for whatever reason. The tunes plus his playing style just seemed to go perfectly together. I honeslty do not believe his mixing is the same as it used to be. Maybe he has the ability..but just like Oakenfold, tiesto doesnt sound the same. Now im not saying he is bad, im just saying he is not the same. He changed his style a bit...it was sad :(...but in no way am i bashing him for his success. more power to him! let him get as big as he can, its his career and job, and let him do what he enjoys.
i will always support him, but styles, and opinions change. |

| I actually thought his mixing was top notch as the docks a few months back. It was smooth and clean. As for when he was at the guv the time before, not as impressed, but I think that had a lot to do with track selection. Of course im not tranceaddict L33T and cant name every second in reversed order from that night :p |
