Should all clubs in US be 18 to enter, 21 to drink? (pg. 3)

i never had to worry about this.
18 is legal drinkin age in PR
and by the time i cared to club in the USA I was already 21.

maybe i should rephrase my whole post here...
i UNDERSTAND it...i don't necessarily support it. hell the night that we usually go clubbing at is a 18+ night and i've never felt uncomfortable there...we have a good time.
do i think the drinking age should be lowered? probably...doesn't make any difference to me... i was drinking at that age...kids are gonna do what they want.
i just meant that if i'm out looking to meet people...it'd be nice to mingle in your own age brackets...just like i'm not gonna go cruise into a bar thats like got a bunch of 30+ year olds hanging out after work...
ps. no i wasn't that imature in high school...but i've seen evidence to support my assumptions :p |

What do you understand? what is the reason behind this law?
please explain because as I see it:
You can have a job, your own house, drive, vote, do porn, etc etc, but you cant drink??? :wtf: |

Well drinking or not drinking you'll find clubs with your age bracket... and there are sooo many dumbasses at any age hehe. But I'll kind of agree with high school kids, the gangs and mentality:nervous: haha but once they are out of there, good people:p |

Nothing wrong with a couple of drunk threads on Saturday night but, there are idiots who use it as an excuse any day of the week to attention whore. A couple of beers isn't a free COR pass. I definitely would be cool if you could filter out some of the "undesirables". |

oh screw that law:wtf: :wtf: :wtf: i meant the clubs allowing only 21+ in. because of the fights and immaturity that the older folks dont want to deal with. |

In Australia i the majority of trendy clubs and bars are 18-20 year olds, im almost 22 and i couldnt imagine waiting til 21 to go out to places.
so my point is, having 18 year olds in places here is normal and poses no problem, provides more eye candy if anything :) |

I'm willing to make an exception for 18 year old girls :p
Look when I was 18, I felt the same way, when you're older you'll understand. I'm not saying anyone under 21 is an immature a-hole, but as rule the atmosphere suffers. The other reason is club owners don't want the liability of serving alcohol in a mixed age environment. |
