when the girl is on her period, and the day where the bleeding stops
is it safe, and i mean 100% safe to have sexual intercourse without using a condom? and also being able to bust your load inside of her?
without getting her pregnant minus all the STD crap?

first: the day the girls is finished her period doesn't make sense.
but after figuring out what it means, NO its not ever 100% safe
rhythm method is helpful, but not an effective means of contreception |

No.
You can make a girl pregnant anytime she is ovulating, regardless of her period status.
Additionally, you can catch STDs anytime there is an exchange of fluids (immediately upon entry).
there is NO time when it is safe to have sex without a condom....didn't you pay attention in sex ed? |
