LOL! we have plum wine...i havent tasted it tho....best served chilled from what I hear, but it doesnt interest me all that much.

Well put this to thought - The way most drink it is to put sprite in it to thin it down. It's very disgusting. I don't recommend it from one wine drinker to the next. |

yeah i hear its sweet. Im not too into "sweet" or extremely fruity wines......even just in regular red wine.... if it tastes like a basket of fruits, then ill just do what my mom does and buy that cheap boxed wine :wtf: |

Yellow Tail is the worst wine evAR!!!!!!
I tried the merlot and couldnt even finish the bottle :wtf:
then i tried the cabernet.....one glass of wine was all it took for me to decide it was utter lolololol
everytime we go out to buy wine and they ask which they should get...im like "oh yeah, buy some yellow tail, its the bomb:rolleyes:"
This past thanksgiving we went to a friends house....all the TA's...everyone bought a bottle of wine for the host thinkin they'd bring it,and chillin, just have a normal thanksgiving meal.
WRONG! The host opened ALL the bottles and told everyone to drink up.
Which was the largest bottle? A giant handle of nasty Yellow Tail that i stayed away from. The chick who bought it kept trying to make me drink it :wtf:
i politely declined....
then she left and i was like "guys, that wine is . dont drink it!"

hahahhahah, I remember once a boyfriend bought me a bottle, thinking that I wouldn't know that it tasted awful, and he's like "Here! I bought you merlot!" I was like "Thanks a lot CHEAPASS!" :haha: |

plum wine is good if you're drinking it as a dessert wine. i wouldn't drink it with a meal (although i do always order a glass of plum wine when i go out for thai food, the sweetness of it really compliments the spicy flavor of the food), but if you're in the mood for something sweet after a meal it's great.
and it must be super chilled otherwise it's gross. |
